Dear Patients, Please note that there are extra GP appointments available at our sister practices in Hillside Stonebridge on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays: In Willesden Centre for Health and Care on Tuesdays and Saturdays and every day in  Wembley Centre for Health and Care. Welcome to Acton Lane Surgery

The doctors and staff at Acton Lane Surgery in West London are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.

We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

Care Quality Commission

We had our CQC inspection on 9th June 2016. Many thanks to our Patient Participation Group who attended to represent our patients and give their feedback.

We are proud to present their findings which found us attaining a GOOD standard in ALL PARAMETERS.

We were assessed for safety, effectiveness, caring, responsiveness and leadership for

  • Older people
  • People with long term conditions
  • Families, children and young people
  • Working age people and recently retired
  • people in vulnerable circumstances
  • people experiencing poor mental health
